Content Managed System (CMS)

This option allows the client to make changes to the content of the site through a secure area built into the site. A simple interface similar to Microsoft Word resides in a password protected region of the site. This interface allows you to add text, images and video to the pages of your site.

Two examples of our sites of this kind are the websites we developed for Parkside Sports College, and Staindrop Business and Enterprise College, which are both located in County Durham. These sites are maintained by both Teachers and ICT Technicians and in some cases students. This is a testiment to how simple and versatile the system is to maintain and update.

 

Template Generation

For this web development package we will create a template for you in Adobe Dreamweaver (Formerly Macromedia Dreamweaver) and deliver the template to you. We will create the Dreamweaver Template (DWT), including image manipulation and logo design. Note this option normally requires a person in your organisation to then create the pages of the site manually from our template.

Site Updates

If you have an existing site that is perhaps getting a bit old and out dated, then our third package is for you. We will work with your existing code and HTML/CSS and redesign your site to your specification and design.
